In the last 5 years, I’ve learned a great deal about eating clean and how to support others in establishing healthy eating habits. I want you to also experience the benefits too.

Change is hard! Road Map to Clean Eating & Self-Care will provide the information, tools, structure, support and motivation you need to transform your health. The program will guide you with an easy, step-by-step approach that will help you succeed in changing habits for good.
 

The program includes:

  • Monthly workshops/webinars that provide the information you need to establish clean eating habits. The majority of the time in the workshops/webinars will be spent planning, reflecting, processing, and discussing your challenges and successes, as well as receiving coaching and group support to overcome barriers.
  • Ongoing support, motivation and accountability through a private Facebook group
  • A self-care journal that will help you reflect, plan, and track your habits
  • Quick & Easy Whole Food Recipes & a meal planning worksheets
  • Tools and techniques for mindful eating, stress reduction, and releasing emotional eating, including EFT/Tapping


What makes this program unique?

You may have participated in the 10-Day Sugar Detox and/or the28-Day Clean Eating Challengealready and are wondering how this will be different.

There are three unique aspects to Road Map to Clean Eating & Self-Care:

  • Coaching and peer support: This program focuses much more oncoaching and group support to help you overcome challenges and successfully implement the habits into your lifestyle. In fact, at this time it is only available for graduates of the 10-Day Sugar Detox and/or 28-Day Clean Eating Challenge because the content will mostly be review only. This is also a pilot that I’m testing and want your feedback on improving it.
  • In person & online options: It provides the opportunity to participate through an in-person workshop or online webinar. Enrollment gives you access to both formats, which allows you to alternate or even participate in both. If you’re not available at the time of the workshops or live webinars, you can also watch the recording. This eliminates barriers with dates/times. 
  • Month-to-month or 6-month commitment: It is also a flexible program in that you have the option of enrolling in the full 6-month program or only attending the specific workshops/webinars of your choice. The first one is required since it provides the foundation for the program. Note:  Committing to the full program is highly recommended in order to reach your goals.

Final note: At this time, the program is only open to graduates of the 10-Day Sugar Detox or 28-Day Clean Eating Challenge.
