  • Receive a free meal planning worksheet and recipe guide with lots of easy-to-prepare whole food meals, snacks and smoothies.

During the 10-Day Sugar Detox, you will:

  • Receive group support through a private Facebook group that will make the process easier.  Past participants have expressed that the daily group support was key to their success!

 In the Post-Detox Workshop, you will:

  • Better understand both the dietary and emotional causes for cravings.
  • Learn how stress can affect your appetite, metabolism and cravings.
  • Learn and practice a mind-body technique to overcome cravings for your specific comfort foods.
  • Learn dietary strategies for eating healthy long-term.

10-Day Sugar Detox Program

There are now two ways to participate in the 10-Day Sugar Detox:  In-person workshops or online through webinars. While the in-person option allows for more group discussion, the webinar format is also interactive and allows for you to join via computer or mobile device from the comfort of your home.  The webinar is also at a slightly reduced cost since you will be downloading the materials.

It takes more than willpower to get cravings for sugar and refined carbs under control. Sugar is highly addictive and most processed foods contain sugar. The sugar industry knows this so they hire scientists to create sweet and salty snacks that trigger the pleasure center of your brain so that you keep coming back for more.

It’s no wonder you find it hard to resist ice cream, chocolate, soda, cookies, chips, French fries, pizza, or whatever your guilty pleasure may be. Not only are these foods addictive, but our brains are wired to crave our favorite comfort foods when stress or other negative emotions kick in.

The food industry makes big profits by keeping us addicted to processed foods. But sugar is bad for our waistlines and our health! It’s a leading cause of chronic diseases like diabetes, heart disease, and cancer and is linked to many conditions, including dementia, depression, anxiety, impotence, infertility, irritable bowel syndrome, and others. 

I know how difficult it can be to kick the sugar habit because I used to be in this cycle. I thought I was eating healthy, but the “hidden” sugars in my diet were causing me cravings, brain fog, sluggishness, heartburn, and other symptoms.  I broke up with sugar five years ago and have never felt better!
