  • Module #4 – Heart chakra – foods for heart health & tapping exercises for love, healthy relationships and healthy boundaries.
  • Module #5 – Throat chakra – foods for thyroid support & tapping exercises to release self-doubt and help you speak your truth.
  • Module #6 – Third eye chakra – foods for brain health & tapping exercises for trusting your intuition.
  • Module #7 – Crown chakra – foods to enhance detoxification & tapping exercises for spiritual connection and mindful eating.


The 21-Day Chakra Balance will take place from May 1 – 21st.
There will also be a wrap-up webinar – May 21st, 7:00-8:00 p.m. PST
