What is EFT/Tapping?

In simple terms, Tapping or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) is a scientifically proven mind-body modality that can transform your life! This is no exaggeration. Tapping puts the power of healing in your own hands. By tapping with your fingertips on certain acupuncture points, it allows you to release "negative" emotions, stress, and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back from achieving the life you desire.  

I began integrating EFT into my coaching when I noticed that most of my clients were struggling with stress and emotional eating. Tapping can reduce cravings and increase the confidence needed to make and sustain healthy eating choices.  

Why is Tapping so effective?

There are three main reasons:

  • It reduces the stress hormone, cortisol
  • It lessens the intensity of emotional trauma
  • It modifies the way the brain processes emotional information

Tapping does this by breaking or releasing old patterns and conditioning by rewiring the brain so you are no longer triggered by past events.  

Tapping works on many issues including phobias, PTSD, anxiety, pain and physical symptoms, mental blocks, and much more.  People have successfully used it to lose weight, improve relationships, remove limiting beliefs related to making more money, improve health conditions, overcome addictions, and the list goes on.
